Villani Salame Fiocco is a light, dry-cured Italian salami made exclusively from the highest quality Italian pork, produced in Castelnuovo Rangone, Modena. Fiocco — meaning "flake" or "bow" in Italian — is a leaner cut of the pork that results in a salami with a notably lower fat content than standard Italian salami formats, while retaining a sweet, mild flavour with that unmistakable character of slow-cured Italian pork. Cured for a minimum of 6 months, each slice is lean ruby red with only a light distribution of pinkish-white fat, presenting cleanly and delicately on the plate.
